Vietnamese designer recruits albino model for new collection
Ha Duy said Quynh has a surreal beauty and her story is suitable for the spirit of the collection.
"Quynh Ngo overcame her insecurity of being albino and went through many years of training to become a model," Duy said. "Porcelain, the inspiration for my collection, also had to go through a 1,000 degree Celcius firing period to look shiny. Both Quynh and porcelain exude purity."

Quynh wears a strapless A-line dress. The upper body keeps its shape with plastic bars inside while the lower part is made of tulle fabric. The whole look is finished with a touch of fake pearls on the face and body.
