WhatsApp is set to enhance user interaction with its Meta AI chatbot through a new feature designed to streamline the sharing experience. This upcoming functionality will allow users to forward messages and media directly to Meta AI, making it easier and more efficient to engage with the chatbot.
With this update, users will no longer need to manually copy and paste messages into their conversations with Meta AI. Instead, they can simply forward content directly, saving time and effort. When forwarding content, users will also have the option to add context for Meta AI. This feature will prompt users to input specific questions or queries they wish to ask the chatbot, enabling more precise and personalized responses. If no additional input is provided, Meta AI will analyze the forwarded content as it is.
Additionally, the new feature will eliminate the need for users to save images and videos locally before sending them to Meta AI. Users can forward media directly, further simplifying the interaction process.
Currently, this feature is available for beta testers in the latest WhatsApp beta for Android (version 2.24.26.8), which can be accessed through the Google Play Store.
