Why aren't you seeing results from your gym workouts?
You know that saying, "it's not the quantity, it's the quality". We do not escape the need for quality when it comes to our fitness training . So, since it's more about what you actually do during your time at the gym than how long you're there, here are the reasons why you're not seeing the results you want.

3. You don't compete with yourself
You don't have to compare yourself to the people around you anymore. You have no way of knowing what they eat and how much they train. They don't matter. It's all about you and what you want to achieve. You should always try to give more than you gave last time. Adding more weights or more sets. Or just more reps. Read More…
