The presidency of the SNS will meet this afternoon at the party's headquarters in Belgrade to discuss who it will nominate for the mandate of the new government. SNS President Aleksandar VuÄić previously named current Prime Minister Ana Brnabić and Novi Sad Mayor Miloš VuÄević as candidates for the new government, but he did not rule out the possibility that there will be more proposals.
The top of the progressives was supposed to discuss the mandate on Tuesday, but the session was postponed due to VuÄić's obligations due to last week's failed dialogue with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albina Kurti, in Brussels.
On the occasion of the session of the Presidency, Vucevic stated that there are several options for the government, but that, as he said, it will definitely be minority inclusive.
"We cannot rule out the possibility that someone in the presidency (of the party) will come up with a third proposal." "First of all, within the SNS, we need to decide whether we, as the party that received the most trust, need to appoint a representative," he said.
He stated that the presidency of the SNS will discuss the coalition with the Socialist Party of Serbia and United Serbia in addition to the composition of the future government.
