Stefan Vayna, CEO MASTERBUILD
General Contractor & Developer completes for the pan-European developer VGP a new storage space of 14,500 sqm, located in the Ștefăneşti-Ilfov area. MASTERBUILD, as a specialist contractor, signs the metal structure, facade and cladding works.
Positioned in the Northern area of Bucharest with access from the A3 highway, the project is located on a 20-hectare plot of land, where there is already an industrial development of 130,000 sqm. The project benefits from a 12 meter useful hall height, 1 loading gate per 800 sqm, BREEAM Very Good green building accreditation and other facilities.
The new construction - Hall D - is intended for storage activity and will be rented to operators from sectors such as distribution and the logistics segment.
