PKNS targets RM1bil GDV for housing projects in 2023
This involves more than 5,000 housing units in six new housing projects in Selangor.
The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is targeting a gross development value (GDV) of about RM1 billion for six new housing and real estate projects by end this year.
However, PKNS deputy CEO (management and entrepreneurship) Suhaimi Kasdon said the projection is subject to current market conditions.
“This year’s projects involve more than 5,000 housing units in several locations, including in Shah Alam, Kota Puteri, Kuala Selangor and Antara Gapi, Rawang,” he told reporters after launching the Discover PKNS 2023 Campaign here today.
He said the campaign will be implemented in five locations starting this Saturday until Oct 29 namely Kota Puteri, Antara Gapi, Selangor Cyber Valley, Cyberjaya; PKNS Complex and at the Shah Alam Convention Centre here.
