As a person grows older in age almost every other organ of the body starts to deteriorate including the general immunity of the body. This is why it is important that people be very mindful of the things and the types of exercises which they engage themselves into.

Well in this article, I am going to be talking about some of the best types of exercises that older people should consider getting themselves into as it will help in promoting the good health of the body according to health line

1. Wall push up

Strength exercises are one of the many types of exercises that people should engage themselves into as they grow older in age. This is because these exercise could help in portraying a good heart health and other organ of the body.

When doing this exercise, you should repeat it at least 10 times because this will help you improve your chest and general heart health.

2. Pelvic tilts

Pelvic tilts is a form of exercise that you can exhibit by tightening your buttock and tilting your hips back and front. Hold for a 3 count and tilt your hip back and forth in a continuous state.

Do this exercise for at least 8 - 12 times because it can generally help in promoting and protecting your joints.

3. Shoulder blade squeeze

This is a form of exercise which you will stand straight up, rest your hands in your laps and squeeze your shoulder blade towards one another.
