INGREDIENTS
4 ripe tomatoes
2 slices of crustless white bread
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Hard-boiled eggs
Serrano ham
Fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the bread in water for 10 minutes
Blend the tomatoes, bread, garlic, vinegar, and salt in a food processor or blender until smooth.
