Appointed minister-counsellor to the presidency: Cheikh Abdoul Ahad Mbacke requests a suspension of his mandate as deputy
After Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo, the deputy Cheikh Abdoul Ahad Mbacke also requested yesterday Monday a suspension of his mandate as deputy to the National Assembly to exercise his functions as minister-adviser to the presidency of the Republic.
“I request the suspension of my mandate as a deputy to exercise my functions as Minister-Counsellor at the Presidency of the Republic of Senegal. My appointment by the President of the Republic Macky Sall to the post of Minister-Counsellor to the Presidency places me in a situation of incompatibility”, he explained in a note sent to the Editor.
