A new video has emerged which appears to show Billy Joe Saunders accuse a woman of being a prostitute.
The boxer has already been charged with misconduct by the British Boxing Board of Control for appearing to offer a woman drugs in another video.
And this latest footage, which comes from his Instagram account, shows him yelling to a woman: " bet you're selling your body on the street, why you doing that for. I'm under age and you're offering me for sex."
The woman replies: "F*** off, I ain't a pro, f*** off, I'm looking for someone."
After a break in the footage, the fighter says: "I must say you're looking very, very well today I must say, you're so beautiful."
Someone who is with Saunders then offers the woman a bottle of water.
"We're nice people, we just don't want the clap," Saunders adds.
The 29-year-old is due to defend his world middleweight title against Demetrius Andrade on October 20 in Boston.
But the BBBoC general secretary Robert Smith confirmed that there could be wide ranging sanctions if the charge is upheld.
"Billy Joe Saunders has been charged with misconduct," Smith told Press Association Sport. "We're in the process of organising the hearing for next week."
Saunders has apologised for the earlier video but the incident is being investigated by Nottinghamshire Police.
"Officers will be looking to identify and speak to all of those who feature in this sickening video, and a full investigation will be carried out into the number of offences that have been captured on film, including the offer to supply Class A drugs, aiding and abetting an assault, assault and public order offences."
The incident is the latest to undermine Saunders' reputation. Last December he produced a career-best performance that was considered among the finest by any Briton fighting overseas, to outpoint David Lemieux in Canada, but he was then criticised for withdrawing from another fight with Martin Murray through injury and has since been inactive.
In Belfast last month he was also chased out of a restaurant, having allegedly thrown chicken at WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, who is scheduled to fight his friend Tyson Fury.
