Bragg Enters Brazil, Expects It to Become a Core Market
Bragg Gaming Group, a leading provider of online casino content and platform technology, has officially launched its operations in Brazil, marking a significant entry into the country’s newly regulated iGaming market. This development comes just a week after Brazil introduced regulated online casinos and betting, signaling a new era for local gaming.
Bragg is excited about its entry into Brazil’s iGaming sector, which is projected to generate $1.4 billion in revenue by 2025 and reach $3.7 billion annually by 2029, according to analysts at H2 Gambling Capital. As a prominent iGaming content expert, Bragg believes it is well-positioned to capitalize on the opportunities in this burgeoning market. The company is now live and ready to support numerous licensed operators competing for market share with its advanced technology and solutions. Currently, Bragg supplies products to about one-third of the licensed iGaming operators in Brazil, partnering with notable names such as Betano, Betboo, KTO, Novibet, Sportingbet, and Superbet.
Bragg aims to connect with at least half of the regulated operators in Brazil by mid-year and is optimistic that revenue from its local operations could account for up to 10% of its total revenue by 2025.
Bragg’s Brazilian partners will gain access to a diverse array of popular games, including hits like Atomic Slot Lab’s Egyptian Magic and Indigo Magic’s Crazy Diamonds. The company is committed to strengthening its pipeline of proprietary studios and plans to release numerous new games and products in 2025. In addition to its in-house offerings, clients can also incorporate a variety of third-party content from the Powered by Bragg studios, which include developers such as Bluberi, Sega Sammy Creation, and King Show Games. Bragg’s content strategy in Brazil also encompasses content aggregation through the Bragg HUB delivery platform.
Furthermore, Bragg intends to establish relationships with local studios to support Brazil’s game development sector and create titles that resonate with local audiences.
Bragg’s leadership team is enthusiastic about the launch in Brazil. Matevz Mazij, the company’s CEO, emphasized that his team has extensive experience in localized iGaming content, positioning Brazil as a key territory for growth. Neill Whyte, the group’s chief commercial officer, noted that the team has worked diligently to ensure the company has the right content, personnel, and infrastructure to support its operators from day one of the market launch.
To facilitate its operations, Bragg will serve local clients from its office in São Paulo, led by LATAM regional director Sara Mosallaee and senior account manager Amanda Alexandrini. Whyte added that the company is already partnered with or in discussions with approximately half of the operators in Brazil, setting the stage for significant growth in the region.
As Bragg Gaming Group embarks on this exciting journey in Brazil, the company is poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the country’s iGaming landscape, leveraging its expertise and innovative solutions to meet the demands of this dynamic market.
