BONELESS CREAMY BEEF HANDI
Ingredients
1 kg boneless beef, cut into thin slices
½ cup onion paste
250g yoghurt
1 tbsp ginger paste
½ tbsp garlic paste
4-5 green chillies
1 tsp crushed black pepper
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp all spice powder
½ tsp nutmeg and mace powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ cup cream
4 tbsp clarified butter
Salt to taste
Almonds as required
Method
Heat clarified butter in a pan, add onion paste and fry. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry. Then add boneless beef and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add yoghurt, all the spices and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Then add 1 cup of water and almond paste, mix it well. When the beef is tender and the oil separates, add cream and mix it well.
