Destination of flavours in Putrajaya
LE Meridien Putrajaya is presenting an elegant “Destinasi Rasa” dinner this Ramadan.
Guests will enjoy an evening of glamour as the culinary team presents this year’s spread at Latest Recipe, its all-day dining restaurant.
The highlight this year is the hotel’s in-house nasi kandar.
Guests can break fast with heaps of briyani rice accompanied by a variety of curries such as Kari Kepala Ikan, Ketam Masala, Sotong Masala, Kari Kambing, Kari Udang and other accompaniment – Puyuh Masak Bawang, Daging Hitam, Telur Sotong, vegetable dalca and crispy bitter gourd to name a few.
There will also be food stalls offering Kambing Carik with Mandy Rice, Chicken Shawarma, Gulai Lemak Kawah, lemang and ketupat, Portugese-Style Ikan Bakar and kampung-style grilled meats.
Other gastronomic treats can be found at the restaurant’s Malay, western, oriental, Indian and Japanese stations.
The sweet offerings to end the meal include Malay kuih, Arabic desserts, Sago Gula Melaka, Tapai Ubi, Chocolate Fountain, Cendol with Durian Ice Cream as well as assorted tarts, puddings and bubur. Read More…
