The non-profit organization Con la Escuela, which works with 79 institutions in the country, recently concluded through a survey that school absenteeism reaches 50% and that more than 90% of students walk to receive classes. .
The organization's coordinator, Óscar Iván Rose, reported that the study has given them significant failures in terms of absenteeism of both students and teachers.
