Foods good for the skin

Good foods for perfect skin are mainly those rich in vitamins A, B, C and E, Omega3, beta-carotene and minerals such as selenium and zinc, as these nutrients have an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin-protective action, contributing to keep it hydrated, soft, firm and wrinkle-free.

These foods can help treat acne, allergies or psoriasis. In addition to eating for perfect skin, it is essential to maintain proper hydration of the body, so it is recommended to drink 1.5 to two liters of water a day.

However, the ideal is that the foods are indicated by the nutritionist, taking into account the type of skin. Foods good for the skin include:
