Greek Revani, Made in two ways
Greek Revani (pr. Reh-vah-KNEE) sometimes also written as ravani, is a light semolina sponge cake made with either butter or olive oil and Greek yoghurt, decorated with blanched almonds or coconut and bathed in syrup.

These Revani cakes are flavoured with either lemon or bergamot and are moist, light as sponge, fluffy and the lemon or bergamot adds such an amazing aroma!
