Grilled meat, "nyama choma" recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of beef, pork, or chicken
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons of cumin
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk
Directions:
1. Cut the meat into cubes and place into a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, paprika, black pepper, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, and coconut milk.
