Hear the voice of women - a campaign that addresses the most pressing issues
Women face many challenges every day regarding health and fitness, including mental health. The experts at Organon are aware of this, which is why they initiated the Wall of Sharing campaign, thanks to which women got a voice to speak out about their greatest needs and problems.
During the campaign, which took place in various European countries, the participants were asked to identify the challenges they encountered on the way to achieving their goals and put them on a virtual wall. In Poland, a great photographer, Marta Wojtal, was invited to cooperate on this action, and on her Instagram she asked women questions about their fears and challenges . Women wrote about the need to take care of themselves in terms of health, in the broad sense of the word. They also indicated the possibility of deciding about one's fertility and not underestimating such matters as menstruation, contraception or breastfeeding. The statements also included information about difficulties in accessing doctors or their lack of understanding for women's issues.

In some countries, women receive adequate support when it comes to family planning issues, in others not always, but we understand that each woman has different needs and challenges. It happens that they remain unheard for years. It is for these women that we have created a place where they can talk about their challenges, thanks to which we can understand them better.
What is the main idea behind the campaign?
Every woman has her dreams and goals she pursues. And encounters obstacles in their implementation, such as: prejudices, unequal treatment, excessive expectations or diseases that are not talked about much openly ... These problems build a kind of wall, make it difficult to achieve goals. We asked for their formulation and, especially in Poland, we made a lot of noise on social media. The action had a great response! We learned about the problems women encounter when they want to make their dreams come true and we publicized them. Read More…
