Helicopter crashes in Russia's Buryatia District
A helicopter has vanished from radars on the boundary of the Buryatia and Irkutsk Locales, it was subsequently found and is ventured to have crashed, a representative for the Crises Service told TASS.
"On board were six people. It [the helicopter] presumably crashed," the source said.
As indicated by Irkutsk District Lead representative Igor Kobtsev, the helicopter has been found. There were six people on board; all of them are alive, but two were hurt in the incident.
In response, the Russian aviation agency stated that it was a Mi-171 helicopter. The agency added that the incident was reported by the aircraft's commander. As per it, a hunt and salvage mission has proactively left for the site of the episode.
