How can I access housing through the MUVH?
My Housing is called the MUVH program , aimed at individuals or families with incomes from 1.5 to 7 minimum wages who wish to purchase their first home.
The types of housing to be acquired with the loans and subsidies can be single-family, semi-detached, block or multi-family and apartment buildings, located in any part of the country.
4 categories are offered
The program has 4 categories of subsidies. Applicants who enter categories 1 and 2 (value of the property selected between G. 510 million and 663 million) must attach the savings account statement stating 5% of the value of the property to be acquired, at the time of requesting to be subsidy recipient .
As for the state contribution, this is a fund constituted by the aid of the State, without a restitution charge and granted only once to the beneficiaries. The contribution can be from 5% to 20% of the cost of housing.
Who can access the benefit?
· According to the requirements established by the MUVH, people of legal age, of Paraguayan nationality, who are single, as well as families or members of the same family group, whose income is between 1.5 minimum wages (G. 3,825 .461) and 7 base salaries (17,852,149).
· Likewise, foreigners who are legally residing in the country and who have in their family at least one member of Paraguayan nationality as a dependent and with whom they have a family relationship of up to 4th degree of consanguinity or 2 degree of affinity.
· Marriage, de facto union, mother or father with at least one dependent child, child support and applicant with a family member and/or over 60 years of age.
· Applicant with siblings, uncles, or cousins, of legal age, who live together and contribute to the household economy.
· Father or mother who lives with their adult children, who form the same family nucleus and contribute to the household economy. Siblings of legal age who live together and generate economic resources.
