From loyal friends to powerful foes, Night City is full of memorable characters who could potentially reprise a role in Cyberpunk 2077's Phantom Liberty DLC, but bringing back the game's hardest boss could be a counterintuitively refreshing addition. Cyberpunk 2077's hardest boss, Sandayu Oda, could make an exciting return cameo in the Phantom Liberty DLC. Being Goro Takemura's former apprentice, Hanako Arasaka's devoted bodyguard, and no stranger to cybernetic modifications, he outshines even the Night City legend Adam Smasher as the game's most challenging fight and thus, one of its most unforgettable characters.
