Apkle is a popular stable food prepared and eaten in Ghana. It is an amazing dish which is easy to make and in less than 45 mins, you can have it served at the comfort of your home.
You can serve with Fetri detsi, Shito, Groundnut soup, Ayoyo soup, Ademe detsi, Aborbi tadi, Hot pepper sauce, Palava sauce
INGREDIENT
- 2 cups Corn flour
- 3 teaspoons Salt
- 500 mls Water
DIRECTION
- Ground dry maize into a smooth powder using a miller/ blender or you can as well send it to a corn mill.
