Ghanaian artist and songwriter J.Derobie has said that he does not have time to respond to people who tag him as a lazy artist.
J.Derobie has been off the music scene since he won an award at the Vodafone Ghana Music Award in 2020. He has however bounced back with a new song titled, “Ato me so”.
Speaking to the host Amansan Krakye, the songwriter stated that a lot of people have tagged him as a lazy artist due to his absence in the music field for 2 years. According to him, he does not respond to people who talk naively.
He said on Kastle FM based in Cape Coast “Me I don’t respond when people comment on social media that I am a lazy artiste but there are times I just tell them I have heard their concerns”.
He continued “Because they don’t know like they are more of consumers so they don’t know what goes into music processing so they just want the finished product.
“The things that go into it before the music comes out is not their concern, they think you just record the song and release it so that’s all it takes,” he clarified on the show. Read More...
