Experts in digital technology have gathered at the BCX Zambia Transform Summit to identify how the latest trends in cyber security can assist businesses in collaborating towards a smart Zambia.
These latest trends include technology infrastructure for cloud and the innovations in cyber security.
Digital technologies, as you know, continue to be a primary catalyst for change in the world, says BCX Chief Marketing Officer, Mandiso Ntloko-Petersen, at the summit in Lusaka on Thursday.
Ntloko-Petersen said technologies such as enhanced mobile communications, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things, and cloud, were changing the industries at dizzy speeds.
She said that these technological advances provided businesses, governments, and social institutions with greater possibilities to lift productivity and effectiveness.
Ntloko-Petersen further said the advances also provided better service offerings to clients, and to contribute to broader societies through enhanced service delivery.
