Introducing the Arrival of ChatGPT App in Switzerland
The official mobile application of ChatGPT, the renowned conversational robot developed by OpenAI, has now made its way to Switzerland. Users can conveniently download the mobile version of ChatGPT from the Swiss Apple App Store, adding to its growing availability in various countries after its initial launch in the United States on May 18. Although currently exclusive to iPhone users, OpenAI has assured that the service will soon be extended to smartphones operating on Google's Android system. Sam Altman, the head of OpenAI, consistently emphasizes the potential risks associated with artificial intelligence.
Compared to the web browser version, the ChatGPT app offers an added feature of voice input. This enables users to interact with the text-generating AI more seamlessly by directly dictating their queries to the chatbot. The chatbot's capabilities encompass writing messages, explaining technical concepts, suggesting ideas, and even providing summarized grades.
The service is available free of charge, with the option to subscribe to the premium ChatGPT Plus at a monthly cost of 20 francs. By opting for ChatGPT Plus, users gain access to the enhanced GPT-4 language model, uninterrupted service availability even during peak usage periods, faster response times, and exclusive previews of upcoming features.
