It'd Take Fans A Lot of Time to Recognize This Harry Potter Star Today
It's amazing how time flies, isn't it? It's been over 15 years since Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was released, and as expected, the actors who starred in the movie have visibly aged since then. However, one actor in particular, Stanislav Ianevski, who played the Bulgarian Quidditch player Viktor Krum, has undergone such a dramatic transformation that he would be unrecognizable to many.

Now 37 years old, Ianevski has continued to act since his breakout role in Goblet of Fire. He has appeared in films such as 2011's Resistance and 2021's Last Man Down. Prior to being cast in Harry Potter, Ianevski had no particular aspirations to become an actor and only auditioned for the role after being spotted by casting director Fiona Weir.
In Goblet of Fire, Ianevski's character Viktor Krum was a prominent figure as one of the Durmstrang champions in the Triwizard Tournament and Hermione's first boyfriend. The two briefly reunite in Deathly Hallows: Part 1, but scenes of them having a small conversation at Bill and Fleur's wedding were ultimately cut from the film.
It's unclear if Ianevski has any new acting projects on the horizon, but he is active on social media and often interacts with fans while sharing updates from his personal life.
