The artist from Askim will release the single "Hva er det meg" on Friday 5 August. KinGeorg, or Kim Georg Lunde as he is called, started his solo career in 2019.
Then the pandemic came and put life on pause. Now the break is over. The song that is now being released was written by KinGeorg and Jon Aron Petterson, while Christer Krogh (Velvet recording) and the aforementioned Petterson have produced this tough, dark pop song.
- And what is it with the Askim boy? Pretty much. As a songwriter and vocalist, he serves us stories of ups and downs, both live with a raw presence, and heartfelt on record. The sound is dark pop in Norwegian, where The Cure meets Kent, with a penchant for the painful, reads a press release.
