Kpwem
Kpwem (feuilles de manioc) is usually served with Baton de Manioc, but could also be served with boiled rice, yams, or plantains.

- -1 or 2 onions, chopped
- -2 cloves of garlic, minced
- -1 hot chile pepper, cleaned and chopped
