Events in London have their own charm and grace. The city is filled with many fun activities that on any given day you will experience ample of events taking place. Sporting events, concerts, theatre shows and other major attractions in the city fills you with awe. For example, to watch brilliant performances and shows, Comedy theatre on Panton Street is simply outrageous. After great amusement and joy, there is a bar area in the theater where beers, tasteful wines and some snacks can add glory to your mood.
The events which take place in London are massive. The most happening even which took place on 27th July, 2012 was the Olympics. The place was bursting with people and even after the tickets were sold out there was no decline in the population. The Olympics is the biggest event of sports in the world which is simply fascinating to watch. A lot of people book their tickets months back for this startling event. However, there are many instances in which people can’t get the tickets but there is nothing to worry.
The best part about the events in London is the parties which are hosted around the place of event. There are so many people who come from different places with full of enthusiasm and excitement. Therefore, London will never let that enthusiasm to lower down. During Olympics there were many lavish parties in the honor of participating countries around the capital which fetched people a great fun time.
The other great place for an event is Apollo Victoria. The theatre was designed by Earnest Walmsley Lewis which was inaugurated in 1930. It is one of the largest theatres in London. At least 2313 people can accommodate at one time in the theatre. It was famous for watching a variety of films and great performances of renowned bands. In 1975, it was more acclaimed for music. The view is unobstructed no matter where you sit and rows are built so well that you can enjoy a good amount of legroom.
Every year Christmas celebration in London is hosted in the most spectacular and exciting manner. Markets, functions, shows and beautiful decorations all around the city makes it more wonderful. The X MAS trees are decorated beautifully and the festive season has so many tempting events. It becomes more charming and merrier to visit London with the entire family for Christmas and New Year. All the main landmarks in London are lit up with beautiful lights and there are great fanciful events where hundreds of musicians and dancers take part in Parade on New Year’s Eve.
