- Western Counties: The number of practicing physicians was between 38 and 40 per 10,000 inhabitants.
- Underdeveloped Northern and Eastern Regions: These areas saw the lowest ratios, with only 21 to 24 doctors per 10,000 residents. This disparity highlights the challenges faced in providing adequate medical care in less developed parts of the country.
