Ingredients
For the filling:
· 2 bundles of Swiss chard
· 2 cloves of garlic
· 1 onion
· 2 eggs
· grated cheese to taste
· Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
· 100 grams of ham (optional)

For the mass:
· 260 grams of flour 00
· 130 grams of cold butter
· 1 egg yolk
· 6 tablespoons ice water
· 3 grams of salt
Preparation
For the mass
1. The first thing to do is the dough. To do this, place the previously sifted flour in a container.
2. Incorporate the butter with your fingers to form a sandblasting.
3. Dilute the egg yolk with the tablespoons of ice water. Add the salt.
