Ingredients
· 1 kilo of surubí
· 1 onion
· 2 tomatoes
· 1 small green lot
· 1 carrot
· 2 potatoes
· 3 garlic cloves
· ½ cup of cooked peas
· 1 tablespoon of oregano
· ½ liter of milk
· 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
· 2 vegetable bouillon cubes (optional)
· Chopped parsley
· Oil w/n
· Paraguay cheese to taste
· Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. The first thing to do is clean the fish very well and cut it into medium pieces. Season them with salt and pepper. Reserve.
2. On the other hand, to prepare the vegetable broth, you must heat a large pot with enough water and add the cubes of broth. Let cook for a few minutes until completely dissolved. Reserve.
3. Now, for the soup dressing, heat a pot with a splash of oil, add the onion, the tomatoes, the locote and the garlic, all previously diced. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
