Peter Andre and his new bride had a whale of a time celebrating their nuptials at the weekend, but the next stage of celebrations has had to be put on hold.
Instead of flying to a far flung island, the reality star is reportedly due in court as part of a dispute between his former producer Neville Hendricks and ITV2.
Peter and Hendricks are no longer on good terms after the producer’s relationship with Pete’s manager Claire, to whom Hendricks was married, broke down and they decided they could no longer work with him.
According to The Mirror, Hendricks is suing ITV2 for £549,060 after ITV2 ended the reality shows following both Peter Andre and Kerry Katona.

Hendricks has made shocking claims about the newlywed, stating that during his time as producer on the show Peter Andre had planned to expose Katie Price as a cheat in order to boost ratings and ’cause her distress’.
Apparently though Peter didn’t have enough evidence after his manager Claire acquired a phone allegedly belonging to the man Peter suspected of cheating with his then wife.
The producer also claims that Peter said he found Katie Price’s son Harvey ‘difficult to be with and be around’. This is despite the fact Peter successfully sued for compensation and a public apology after his ex said he didn’t genuinely care for Harvey.
ITV2 have said he is not entitled to the damages as he was allegedly in breach of contract.
Peter will give evidence today, and then hopefully he and Emily can get back to their newly wedded bliss.
