Between the 3rd and 6th of July 2022, a bilateral opportunity exercise called “PASSEX 22†will take place in Pinheiro da Cruz, which includes 155 military personnel, of which 43 are Portuguese (Força de Fuzileiros N.º 1) and 112 are (Troupes de Mari
The exercise consists of training in combat shooting techniques and will culminate in the execution of an amphibious operation, in which the “combined” force will carry out an amphibious assault from that French Navy projection and command ship.
This exercise provides an opportunity for training, sharing experiences and knowledge in the various fields of action, thus resulting in a greater level of interoperability and proficiency for both Forces.
