Secondary housing fell most of all in Moscow
Moscow topped the ranking of cities in terms of lower housing prices in October.
Secondary real estate in the capital is getting cheaper for the third month in a row. The average cost per square meter is 289,350 rubles, which is 2% less than in September.At the same time, the capital is still the most expensive of all major cities in the country in terms of this indicator, RBC notes .
The decline in prices for secondary housing has been happening since August in nine major cities. In addition to Moscow, we are talking about St. Petersburg, Kursk, Tver, Sochi, Kaliningrad, Balashikha, Sevastopol and Ryazan.
