Son Tung "slows down", continues to release a new version of "There's No One At All"
As soon as it was released by Son Tung M-TP on the evening of April 28, the MV There's No One At All caused a fierce controversy. The negative lyrics and images in this MV, especially the image of Son Tung M-TP jumping off a building because he was too stuck in life, were heavily criticized.
Right after that, the Department of Radio and Television (Ministry of Information and Communications) coordinated with the Department of Performing Arts (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) to handle this MV. On the evening of April 29, Son Tung apologized on his personal page and announced that he would stop releasing the MV There's No One At All , but only locked the MV in the Vietnamese market.
On May 5, the male singer's representative came to work with the inspector of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Hanoi. After the meeting, the inspector of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a decision to impose a fine of 70 million VND and asked Son Tung's company to destroy the MV; return the illegal profits obtained from the commission of violations; remove audio and video recordings of MV There's No One At All in electronic form on the network and digital environment.
Most recently, Son Tung M-TP has just continued to post another image related to his comeback on July 5.
