"As part of the implementation of its strategic vision, the Sonelgaz group has initiated a set of regulatory measures, with the aim of ensuring a more stable and more adequate climate for the development of performance, in permanent consultation with the social partner “, we read in the press release.
These structural changes aim to "federate, share and reactivate resources and means and achieve greater gains, with a view to reintegrating them into strategic projects, which aim to satisfy customers and ensure public service", adds the same source.
In this context, Sonelgaz has decided to implement merger operations at the level of some of its companies, with a view to "rationalising expenses, controlling costs and creating stronger companies making it possible to create added value and ensure long-term economic development".
It involves the creation of two companies with new names and missions, through the merger of the Electrical Works and Assembly Company (KAHRAKIB), the Electrical Works Company (KAHRIF), the Pipeline Construction Company ( KANAGHAZ), and the merger of the Industrial Assembly Company (ETTERKIB) and the Infrastructure Construction Company (INERGA).
