“Doctor Who” once again kicks off the list, promising more excitement than ever before. 2023 will see not one but two new Time Lords: First David Tennant returns to the series in November 2023, playing the 14th Doctor followed swiftly by “Sex Education” star Ncuti Gatwa, who is expected to take over the Tardis in December 2023.
Tennant, who previously appeared in the series between 2005 and 2010, will be joined by Catherine Tate, who is also returning as Doctor’s companion Donna for the 60th anniversary specials while showrunner Russell T. Davies returns to write the series.

“Extraordinary” – Disney+

Starring: Máiréad Tyers
In a world where everyone has superpowers, what would it be like to be ordinary? That’s the question posed in this comedy drama from Sid Gentle Films (“Killing Eve”) which sees “Belfast’s” Máiréad Tyers play Jen, a 25-year-old coming to terms that even the stray cat she’s adopted (who has the very un-Disney-like moniker Jizzlord) has more superpowers than she does. As Jen goes on a journey to try and become extraordinary, she realizes that being ordinary may not be so bad after all.
