WhatsApp is set to roll out new feature
WhatsApp is introducing a new shortcut aimed at enhancing user convenience and improving the app's overall experience. This upcoming feature, part of the latest WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.24.19.25, will allow users to easily add contacts and groups to lists directly from the chat info screen.
The shortcut, set to be released in a future update, will be accessible via a button on the top app bar within the chat info screen.
This feature will streamline the process of organizing contacts and group chats by enabling users to open a menu and quickly assign chats to specific lists without needing to navigate through the app settings.
Once a list is created, users will be able to find those conversations easily by selecting the corresponding filter at the top of the chat screen.
Additionally, the shortcut will allow users to remove contacts or groups from a list directly from the same menu, saving time and simplifying contact management.
This feature is currently under development and will be made available in an upcoming update.
