Bebuzee is a multi-functional super app that offers a wide array of digital services including:
- 1.1 Social Networking: Users can post content, share stories, and maintain user profiles.
- 1.2 Video Sharing and Streaming: Allows users to upload, view, and share video content.
- 1.3 E-commerce: Enables businesses and individuals to buy and sell products and services.
- 1.4 Messaging: Offers secure, real-time private and group messaging.
- 1.5 Financial Services: Users can manage digital wallets, make payments, and use Bebuzee tokens.
- 1.6 Ride-Hailing and Food Delivery: Access transportation and food delivery services.
- 1.7 News Feed and Blogs: Aggregates global and local news and allows users to publish blog content.
- 1.8 AI Tools: Provides users with AI-powered utilities for productivity and creativity.
User Accounts
- 2.1 To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
User Conduct
- 3.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
- 4.1 All content and materials on Bebuzee are owned or licensed by Bebuzee. Users may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

Platform-Specific Terms
- 8.1 Social Networking: You agree to interact respectfully and responsibly with others. Bebuzee reserves the right to moderate and remove harmful or inappropriate content.
- 8.2 Video Sharing and Streaming: You must own the rights or have permission to upload videos. Explicit or infringing content will be removed.
- 8.3 E-commerce: Sellers must comply with all consumer protection laws. Bebuzee is not liable for transactions between users.
- 8.4 Messaging: Messaging features are private, encrypted, and Bebuzee does not store your messages.
- 8.4.1 You may not use messaging for harassment or spam.
- 8.5 Financial Services: You must comply with KYC and AML requirements. Bebuzee is not liable for unauthorized transactions due to user negligence.
- 8.6 Ride-Hailing and Food Delivery: Users may book rides or order food through the app
- 8.6.1 Drivers and couriers are independent contractors.
- 8.6.2 Bebuzee is not responsible for delays, damage, or service issues.
- 8.7 News Feed and Blogs: Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their posts. Bebuzee may moderate for false information.
- 8.8 AI Tools: AI output is for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for how the output is used.

- 9.1 The Service may include hyperlinks to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Bebuzee. Bebuzee has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
- 9.2 You acknowledge and agree that Bebuzee is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources and does not endorse any advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources.
- 9.3 You acknowledge and agree that Bebuzee is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, products, or other materials on, or available from, such websites or resources.
- 9.4 Bebuzee encourages you to be aware when you leave the Service and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.
Ending Your Relationship with Bebuzee
- 10.1 The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Bebuzee.
- 10.2 You may terminate your relationship with Bebuzee at any time by notifying Bebuzee and closing your account.
- 10.3 Bebuzee may terminate its agreement with you if: A. You breach any provision of the Terms B. Bebuzee is required to do so by law
- 10.4 Bebuzee may also terminate if:
- 10.4.1 The Service is no longer provided in your country
- 10.4.2 The Service is no longer commercially viable
- 10.5 Certain provisions shall survive termination including liabilities, indemnities, and legal rights.
Exclusion of Warranties
- 11.1 Nothing in the Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
- 11.2 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- 11.3 Bebuzee does not warrant that:
- 11.3.1 The Service will meet your requirements
- 11.3.2 The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- 11.3.3 Information obtained will be accurate or reliable
- 11.4 No conditions, warranties, or terms apply except as expressly set out.
Limitation of Liability
- 12.1 Bebuzee’s liability is limited where lawful.
- 12.2 Bebuzee is not liable for:
- 12.2.1 Loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity
- 12.2.2 Loss of data
- 12.2.3 Reliance on advertising or third-party content
- 12.2.4 Changes or discontinuation of the Service
- 12.3 These limitations apply even if Bebuzee was advised of the possibility of such losses.
Bebuzee Revenue Sharing
- 13.1 Users are paid only after reaching the $100 threshold, which may be changed without notice.
- 13.2 Rewards apply only to paid ads (not Bebuzee promotions).
- 13.3 Fraudulent actions (e.g., fake accounts or bots) will result in payment denial.
- 13.4 Appeals must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment denial.
- 13.5 Users are responsible for paying taxes on received revenue.
- 13.6 Revenue cannot be transferred between accounts
General legal terms
- 14.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bebuzee.
- 14.2 Notices may be provided via email, mail, or posted on the Service.
- 14.3 Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.
- 14.4 If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
- 14.5 Bebuzee’s affiliates are third-party beneficiaries
- 14.6 Governing Law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
