I have had to speak to many crushes in my life. Take this from me: it isn’t as hard as it looks. All that is needed of you, really, is some more confidence. Build that, and be assured that everything will go just fine. Here are helpful tips for building the courage to talk to your crush.
1. Smell Nice
How you feel about yourself is also largely dependent on how you smell. A confident scent will have you feeling confident. So, before you make that move, wear some cologne to build up some courage.
Choose a cologne fit for you. If you would rather be masculine, then have masculine fragrances—a fragrance that perfectly fits your personality. If you would be feminine, have some feminine fragrances on.
2. Love Your Clothes
I understand that you may want to impress your crush by putting on clothes that are in vogue even when you may not even like these clothes. This is normal.
But here is the deal: when you put on clothes just to impress someone, your self-confidence becomes hinged on whether or not they love these clothes.
So this may not go well in the end. Trying to impress your crush this way will not give you the needed courage to talk to your crush
For example, if your crush says she loves your clothes, you will feel great because you have impressed them. But if they critique the clothes, you will end up feeling bad.

The truth is, our body language and facial expression are a reflection of how we are feeling inside.
If you walk up to someone who is frowning, you will immediately know someone has annoyed them. If you spot someone fidgeting or excessively turning around, you will know they are uncomfortable.
To build the courage to talk to your crush, always put up a confident body language. Keep your head high, and don’t hang your shoulders low. Wear a bright smile. Talk confidently with people around you.
4. Your Crush Can Say No
You should be open to the possibility that your crush might say no.
One mistake lots of people make is to take ‘No’ to heart, viewing the response as a representation of who they are. Don’t be one of these.
If they say no to you, then fine. It is just a no, and there are several reasons in the world why people say no. Most times, it has nothing to do with attractiveness. You are an attractive person.
5. Your Crush Might Say Yes
This should make your confidence spike. Your crush might say yes!
Have some time with yourself and think about reasons they just might want to say yes to you.
