A PSD senator attacks the Minister of Energy: "To put ashes on his head for the criminal liberalization of energy prices"
In a post on his Facebook page , the PSD senator, Daniel Zamfir, stated that the Minister of Energy, Virgil Popescu, should unconditionally accept the PSD solution to return to a regulated market, as it was in 2019 when the social democrats were at governance.
The senator criticized the way the Minister of Energy unconditionally accepted the 15% reduction in energy consumption, a proposal from the European Union.
Daniel Zamfir also specified that our country can produce the energy it needs for its own consumption at prices much lower than those at which it now purchases from the "so-called free" market.

"Starting with 2019, for three years, we would all have paid a fixed price of 68 lei MWh for natural gas, instead of 1200 lei MWh, following the decision of the right-wing PNL-USR government," the PSD senator also wrote on a social network.
We remind you that a week ago, Daniel Zamfir initiated a bill whose purpose is to extend payment for Romanians who have loans through the First Home program . More precisely, the banks would no longer practice over-indebtedness, in order to avoid foreclosure.
