Angola attends world forum on telecommunications

The Angolan Foreign Ministry reported today that a delegation of the country is participating in the World Forum on the Information Society, which will be held until June 4, in Geneva, Switzerland.
According to the Foreign Affairs Ministry (Mirex), the meeting will be an important opportunity to interact and learn from the discussions and consultations with other interested parties, based on the call made by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), whose permanent headquarters are located in that European city.
The Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Information Technologies, Mario Augusto de Oliveira, heads the Angolan delegation, made up of experts from the organization and Mirex. Read More...
