Ingredients

- ½ cup white sugar

- In a medium bowl, cream together the softened butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg yolk, mixing until well combined.

- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.
