Book about Battle of Curupayty

The book delves into the historic victory of Curupayty, the most resounding of the Paraguayan weapons in the War against the Triple Alliance. It was the result of the intelligence of the military engineers, the effort of the soldiers who dug the trenches night and day, and the gallantry and courage of a chief who was not daunted by the bombardment by the imperial squadron.
Written by the historian Vicente Arrúa, an extensive analysis is proposed in the material, as well as a description of the most relevant aspects of that memorable battle, whose victory was obtained by the sacrifice, preparation and courage of those who fought in the morning of the spring of 1866.
