Fire free in Bern: Rammstein comes to Wankdorf for two concerts
The open-air summer is (almost) over and the concert agenda for next year is already filling up. Also present: Rammstein. The German rock band will play at Wankdorf in Bern on June 17th and 18th. They are thus extending their current tour, which had already begun before the pandemic – Rammstein also made guest appearances in Bern in 2019. As always, there is a lot of banging and firing at their concerts. The show is at least as important as the music with hits like "Engel" or "You have".
Advance sales start on Thursday, September 8th at 10 a.m., as the band and the organizer announced on Thursday. The tickets cost between 135 francs (standing) and 195 francs (most expensive seat or standing in the "fire zone"). In recent years, the Rammstein shows have been completely sold out within a few hours.
This year, Rammstein played twice in front of a sold-out Letzigrund in Zurich. In 2023, Britons will be playing there with slightly less heavy guitars: the band Coldplay is coming to Zurich on July 1st and 2nd. Only expensive VIP seats can currently be booked for both concerts. Bruce Springsteen is also coming to Zurich. This will play on June 13th in the Letzigrund. Read More…
