Mivivienda: There are more than 300 real estate projects that qualify for the green bond
During 2022, the bonus reached a record figure since that year the subsidy was delivered to a total of 8,038 citizens
According to the Mivivienda Fund, there are currently more than 35,500 houses or apartments nationwide that can be purchased by accessing the green bond, the same ones that are part of 330 projects that have been certified.
The green bond is aimed at middle-income people who have a good credit history, and who purchase a sustainable property through the Nuevo Crédito Mivivienda.
Said bonus ranges between S/ 16,200 and S/ 31,100, depending on the price of the property to be acquired through the New Mivivienda Credit, which must belong to a real estate project certified as sustainable by the Mivivienda Fund.
The available houses with these characteristics are located in Lima, Callao, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Ica, Arequipa, Tacna, Junín, Cusco, Puno and San Martín.
