According to the members of the Eyesburn group, the songs were created spontaneously and a lot of attention was paid to preparations, practicing in pre-production. What will excite Eyesburn fans the most is the raw sound:
"We wanted to record the songs as much as possible in an "organic" manner, the way we perform them - despite the huge possibilities that new technologies offer. We lived those ten days together in the studio and recorded all day long."
The album "Troops Of Light" brings a refresh in the expression of the band. At the first listen, it may not give such an impression, but the compactness of this release becomes more and more obvious in each of its segments. The construction of the songs, in the melodic and textual sense, creates a kind of gradation all the time, creating a universal story that speaks of the freedom of body and soul.
The Eyesburn group especially emphasizes the contribution of producer Dragan Alimpijević Pik, who made this album sound non-patterned, keeping what the audience recognizes as the "Eyesburn sound". The album features Nenad Potje on trumpet in the song "Angels In Captivity", Milan Mika Aćimović on the keyboard in several songs, while the album opens with the song "Back In The Day" featuring the most sought-after rap duo of today, the band Prti Bee Gee.
