Sugar-free ANZAC biscuits
Ingredients:
-2 cups Rolled Oats
-4 tbsp Lakanto Pancake Mix
-2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
-5 tbsp Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup
-1 tsp Vanilla Essence
-1/2 tsp Bi Carb Soda
-4 tbsp Water
Method:
- -Preheat oven to 160°C. Place the oats and Lakanto Pancake Mix into a bowl and stir to combine.
- -Place the Malt Syrup and butter in a saucepan over low heat and cook, stirring until melted.
