Tsvetelin Nakov releases a debut song based on a poem by Damyan Damyanov
Tsvetelin Nakov has released his debut song titled "Don't You Leave," which is based on a poignant poem by renowned Bulgarian poet Damyan Damyanov.
The track, composed and arranged by Raffi Zhamakortsyan, carries his distinctive style, blending heartfelt emotion and drama into the music. The song beautifully captures themes of love, sorrow, and separation, resonating deeply with listeners.
Nakov expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in bringing this project to life, acknowledging their role in making his dream of releasing this song a reality.
"Don't You Leave" invites listeners to immerse themselves in a moving narrative, delivered with a powerful emotional depth.
"He managed to surprise me with his professional attitude to the process, although he doesn't pretend to be a professional, but he does things with a very big heart, with a very big responsibility and that really helps a lot in the whole process and he did a great job." According to Tsvetelin Nakov's music instructor, Snezhana Petkova.
Tsvetelin Nakov has been in Snezhana Petkova's class for a year and a half. He developed as a performer during this time. The music and arrangement were created by Rafi Zhamakortsyan, who was involved in the selection of the songs.
"The song is extremely meaningful, starting from the text of Damyan Damyanov. An author like Rafi Zhamakortsyan, who is not so well known in Bulgaria, but he is at an extremely professional level. He is a classical pianist first, and is also the creator of a very a popular band at the time, he is a leading vocalist. In Plovdiv, he was called a "genius" since he was a child. He lives in Norway and works there accordingly very sympathetic to everything that is happening in Bulgaria and he gladly agreed to realize this song, it was not written now, but he was just looking for the artist and it happened in the person of Tsvetelin.” Snezhana Petkova continued.
